Parley forecast WEDNESDAY, 25/01/2017

LAKERS VS PORTLAND

The Los Angeles Lakers (16-32) have had a couple of months riddled with losses. They won 10 out of their first 20 games to start the season and looked like they might be ready to contend for a playoff spot. Since, they've lost 22 out of 28 games to fall to last place in the Western Conference and again look like a lottery pick team.

At 5-19, Los Angeles has the second-worst road record in the NBA. Its last road win came on Dec. 16 at Philadelphia.

Young point guard D'Angelo Russell averages 14.3 points, 4.4 assists and 3.7 rebounds per game. He has a mild MCL sprain, which is bad news for the already-struggling Lakers. Russell has missed a couple of games and may miss a few more before returning to action.

Portland (19-27) seemed like it would be the team to benefit from a wide-open eighth spot in the Western Conference. The Trail Blazers still haven't put together a strong run of wins and are half a game behind Denver for the that eighth spot. That race will be determined over the next few months, but Portland may never look this season like the team it appears to be on paper.

Damian Lillard averages 26.2 points per game and has 27 per game over his last five. Lillard has taken another step with his already-good free-throw shooting this season, knocking down foul shots at a rate of ..896. He's hit 31 of 33 (.939) over his last five games.
Recent Betting Trends:
Lakers are 1-5 ATS in their last 6 when their opponent scores 100 points or more in their previous game.
Trail Blazers are 4-0 ATS in their last 4 vs. NBA Pacific.
Under is 4-1 in Lakers last 5 overall.
Under is 4-1 in Trail Blazers last 5 Wednesday games.
Free Betting Pick: Portland Trail Blazers -9.5
The oddsmakers are begging you to take the struggling Lakers, don't take the bait. Continue to fade Lakers team coming off worst road loss in LA history. Lakers are also 0-3 straight up and ATS in last 3 road games - LA makes it 0-4 after another double digit road loss. Blazers have been much better as of late and Portland dominates again tonight. Final Score Prediction, Portland Trail Blazers win and cover ATS 125-107.

Detroit Red Wings vs. Boston Bruins

NHL: 7:00 PM EST

Jan. 24, 2017

TV: NESN
Latest Odds : BOS -175 O/U 5.5

The Red Wings recently lost a very hard fought game against the Rangers in the last outing they had. However, the loss was only by a single goal and it was loss the Rangers earned the right to pin on the Red Wings as it did take until overtime. So it is easy to see against the good teams the Red Wings can play some great hockey.

What is really killing the Red Wings is the lack of power play offense. They are only converting at the power play in 11.3% of the times and that is ranked dead last in the league for conversions.

Click HERE to get ALL of our PICKS & PARLAYS Daily Free NHL Picks & Predictions!

The Bruins are coming into the game after suffering what can be classified as a humiliating loss at the hands of the Penguins. The Bruins defense gave up 5 goals in the game and the offense was only able to reply with a lone goal. So it is easy to see the Bruins would like to have a good game to tune up on.

What is shocking is the defense for the Bruins on the season usually only allowed 2.5 goals a game and they gave up twice that amount. The offense usually gets 2.4 goals a game, but what is really bad is they only managed a long goal.

Recent Betting Trends:

Red Wings are 4-1 in their last 5 after scoring 2 goals or less in their previous game.

Bruins are 1-4 in their last 5 after scoring 2 goals or less in their previous game.

Over is 3-1-1 in Red Wings last 5 after allowing 2 goals or less in their previous game.

Over is 4-0-2 in Bruins last 6 Tuesday games.

Free Betting Pick: Boston Bruins -175

The Red Wings have been hard pressed to play good in games, so the chances of them playing good in back to back games is dramatically low. Expect to see the Bruins into this game and have their offense come to life as they win the game 3-1.

Los Angeles Kings vs. New Jersey Devils

NHL: 7:00 PM EST

Jan. 24, 2017

TV: MSG
Latest Odds : NJ -120 O/U 5.5

Jeff Carter has found himself in the leader role of the Kings for quite some time. The job used to be that of Quick, but his injury really kept him from being able to be the on ice leader the team needs. Jeff Carter has stepped up nicely as the leader and even the leading scorer in goals and overall points. Carter has managed to get 41 points on the season. His point total is actually fairly evenly split with 17 assist and 24 goals on the year.

New Jersey finds themselves on the outside without even a window to look through right now at the playoffs. However, the Devils would like to build upon some of the success they have had against the good teams and start to pick up the wins they need to have. That would really help them out dramatically.

On the season they have been led on the ice by Taylor Hall. Hall has managed to get a total of 31 points, but has found the open player for a goal 20 times on the year.
Recent Betting Trends:
Kings are 1-6 in their last 7 vs. a team with a losing record.
Devils are 4-1 in their last 5 overall.
Over is 4-1-2 in Kings last 7 overall.
Under is 5-1-2 in Devils last 8 overall.
Free Betting Pick: Los Angeles Kings +110
The Kings may be on the road in this game, but they are a hungry team who can easily gain ground in the division. Look for the Kings to come into this game knowing they can do that and win this game rather easily 4-2.

Columbus Blue Jackets vs. New York Islanders

NHL: 7:00 PM EST

Jan. 24, 2017

TV: MSG+
Latest Odds : CLB -125 Total 5.5

The Blue Jackets are a team that really has to find their groove again. The offense can only do so much scoring before the defense has to step up. The last game really proved that when the Blue Jackets dominated the first period against the Senators only to start to have some problems later on as the Senators stormed back to almost win the game.

The Blue Jacket faithful did not give up hope as the game dumped to the overtime period. Instead, they had faith the team was going to be able to take the game and that is what they did in overtime as they won the game 7-6.

The Islanders also played an overtime game recently, but they had a different result as the Flyers ended up getting the win. However, the Islanders would like to flip that around some as they are a team that can easily win a lot of games if they are given the chance, but it is getting the chance they have to get to first. With that being the case, the Islanders have struggled quite a bit on the season and it does not look like it is getting better for the team.

Recent Betting Trends:

Blue Jackets are 9-2 in their last 11 vs. a team with a losing record.

Islanders are 4-1 in their last 5 Tuesday games.

Under is 11-4 in Blue Jackets last 15 Tuesday games.

Over is 4-0 in Islanders last 4 vs. a team with a winning % above .600.

Free Betting Pick: Columbus Blue Jackets -125

The Blue Jackets are a team that has really stepped up their game since the massive losing streak they had experienced. Look for the Blue Jackets to be able to continue to step up their game in this game as well as they play a weak Islanders team. Look for the Blue Jackets to win this game 3-1.

St. Louis Blues vs. Pittsburgh Penguins

NHL: 7:00 PM EST

Jan. 24, 2017

TV: NBCSN
Latest Odds : PIT -205 Total 6

The Penguins and the Blues could easily create some great fireworks in this game. Both of these teams have been able to score a lot of goals in some of the games they have played. However, both of these teams have a weaker defense than what they are expected to have. This is very true for the Penguins who are coming into the game as the defending Stanley Cup champs and should be able to protect the net better than what they have on the year so far.

Click HERE to get ALL of our PICKS & PARLAYS Daily Free NHL Picks & Predictions!

The Penguins on the season have had their offense scoring an average of 3.6 goals a game. That type of production is needed as the Penguins defense has barely been able to keep the opponent under 3 goals a game at 2.9.

With the Blues the offense is getting 2.8 goals a game. The problem is the Blues, which defense used to be great, is giving up 3.1 goals a game on the season so far.

Recent Betting Trends:

Blues are 0-4 in their last 4 vs. Eastern Conference.

Penguins are 45-12 in their last 57 home games.

Over is 7-2-1 in Blues last 10 overall.

Over is 4-0 in Penguins last 4 vs. a team with a losing record.

Free Betting Pick: Pittsburgh Penguins -205

The Penguins are coming into this game as the best scoring team in the nation and they are facing a very weak Blues defense. Look for the Penguins to be able to take this game rather easily as they win 6-3.

Calgary Flames vs. Montreal Canadiens

NHL: 7:30 PM EST

Jan. 24, 2017

TV: RSNW
Latest Odds : MON -191 Total 5.5

The Flames and the Canadiens are a couple of Canadian teams that have been playing some great hockey against each other for years. However, a lot of the fans outside of Canada are just going to see this as a battle between a couple of teams that are going to have some of the best games of the year. The problem is because they are a couple of Canadian teams, not many people in the United States will see the game being played.

Max Pacioretty is the player the Canadiens have really had showing up for them on the season. Pacioretty has managed to score a total of 21 goals and has managed to get 18 assist on the season as well, which will help the Canadiens out on getting the wins.

The Flames have had several different players be the leaders for the team. The current points leader for the Flames, though, is Mikael Backlund who has managed to get a total of 33 points on the year.
Recent Betting Trends:
Flames are 1-4 in their last 5 overall.
Canadiens are 8-2 in their last 10 vs. a team with a losing record.
Under is 20-8-2 in Flames last 30 games playing on 0 days rest.
Under is 3-0-1 in Canadiens last 4 overall.
Free Betting Pick: Calgary Flames +181
The Canadiens are the favored team in this game. However, the Canadian fans always support their home team and the Flames are at home. This will get the arena rocking and make it hard for the Canadiens to perform at all. Look for the Flames to win the game 2-1.

Washington Capitals vs. Ottawa Senators

NHL: 7:30 PM EST

Jan. 24, 2017

TV: CNSW
Latest Odds : WASH -115 O/U 5.5

The Capitals are a great team and they look like they have almost locked up a playoff position on the season. However, they are battling quite a big battle with the Blue Jackets for first place in the division and that was not something the Capitals expected to have happen.

What could be a problem for the Capitals is the Senators offense is alive and well. In fact, the Senators gave the Blue Jackets, who have a great defense, a run for the money as they only lost in over time 7-6.

Ottawa finds themselves in second place trying to track down the Canadiens. The Senators are a team that could do this as they are a good team and that can make a difference in the game as the Senators really have a great chance to win this game. What is even better is the fact the Senators offense has started to come to life and that can make a huge difference for the team as well.
Recent Betting Trends:
Capitals are 43-10 in their last 53 vs. Atlantic.
Senators are 5-2 in their last 7 overall.
Over is 7-1-3 in Capitals last 11 road games.
Over is 5-0 in Senators last 5 Tuesday games.
Free Betting Pick: Ottawa Senators +110
The Senators offense is playing great hockey, the defense is picking up some games, but lacking in others. However, when combined with the great offense and decent defense the Senators are unstoppable and that is what they will be in this game as the Senators win close 3-2.

What helped the Jets was the return of goalie Ondrej Pavelec. Pavelec started this season in AHL in Manitoba Moose but was called up. He was given chance in the last two games and was excellent. He faced 33 shots against the Coyotes and 37 against the Blues and on both occasions he kept his team. Cleveland At Portland

The Cleveland Cavaliers look to shake off a rare defeat when they continue a six-game road trip against the Portland Trail Blazers on Wednesday. Cleveland won the first two games of the trip over the Brooklyn Nets and Phoenix Suns before suffering a 100-92 loss to the Utah Jazz on Tuesday.

Forward LeBron James scored 29 points in the loss to Utah and has tallied 23 or more points in each of the past eight games. James is averaging 29.5 points during the stretch while topping 30 points four times. Portland also features a hot scorer in shooting guard C.J. McCollum, who tallied 25 points in Tuesday's 108-87 road trouncing of the Los Angeles Lakers. McCollum has scored 25 or more points in seven of the past eight games and is averaging 30.4 points during the stretch.

TV: 10:30 p.m. ET, ESPN, FSN Ohio (Cleveland), KGW (Portland)

ABOUT THE CAVALIERS (28-9): Swingman Kyle Korver suited up for the first time since being acquired by the Atlanta Hawks and had just two points on 1-of-5 shooting in 18 minutes. The veteran sharpshooter is slated to fill the void of injured shooting guard J.R. Smith (broken thumb) and James had this piece of advice for the player who has made 1,952 career 3-pointers. "First thing I told him when he walked in the locker room the other day was, 'If you want to fit in, shoot the ball every time you get it,' " James told reporters. "'Soon as it touches your hand, shoot it. We don't care.'"

ABOUT THE TRAIL BLAZERS (17-23): Point guard Damian Lillard is still looking to regain his conditioning after recently missing five games with an ankle injury and overcame a slow start to score 18 second-half points to finish with 20 against the Lakers. Lillard has been deferring to McCollum in the three games since he returned to the lineup as he is well aware his backcourt mate has the hot hand. "I've been playing pretty efficiently over that stretch," McCollum told reporters of his eight-game splurge. "I'm being aggressive, trying to make the right moves to help my team win."

BUZZER BEATERS

1. The Cavaliers posted a 137-125 home win over the Trail Blazers on Nov. 23 but have lost their past three visits to Portland.

2. Cleveland PF Kevin Love, who is 22-of-66 shooting over the past four games, scored 40 points (34 in the first quarter) in the first meeting with the Trail Blazers.

3. Portland F Al-Farouq Aminu recorded a season-best 15 rebounds against the Lakers for his sixth double-digit effort on the boards this season.

PREDICTION: Cavaliers 116, Trail Blazers 103

Parley forecast WEDNESDAY, 11/01/2017

Orlando At L.A. Clippers

The Los Angeles Clippers are back to playing strong defense and streaking in the right direction with a four-game winning streak following a six-game slide. The Clippers will try to make it five straight wins when they host the Orlando Magic on Wednesday.

Los Angeles started to turn things around without star point guard Chris Paul but is happy to have its floor leader back over the last two games. Paul, who sat out seven of eight games with a hamstring injury, is 10-of-16 from the floor in the last two games and exploded for 19 points, 18 assists and six rebounds in 29 minutes in a 98-86 triumph over the Miami Heat on Sunday. The Magic got two full days off in Los Angeles but won’t be enjoying it much after falling 111-95 to the Los Angeles Lakers to suffer a third straight loss on Sunday. "They haven’t always played to their reputation and I haven’t coached to my reputation," Orlando coach Frank Vogel told reporters. "Defense is definitely an area where we haven’t performed well. We said going into January 1 that defense is our team’s top (priority). As dry as the film sessions get, as tedious, as repetitive as it gets, we’re going to continue to look at it and try to improve in the limited practice time that we have."

TV: 10:30 p.m. ET, FSN Florida, Prime Ticket (Los Angeles)

ABOUT THE MAGIC (16-23): Defense isn't the only issue plaguing Orlando, which topped out at 95 points in its last three games. The Magic shot 37.8 percent from the floor on Sunday against a Lakers team that ranks last in the NBA in field-goal percentage defense. "This team doesn’t pass the ball instinctually very well," Vogel told reporters. "We preach it all the time and we show them situations where they can improve. We show flashes where we’re making a real, genuine effort and we look good. And then it leaves us, for whatever reason."

ABOUT THE CLIPPERS (26-14): Paul reached 8,000 career assists in Sunday's win and reached 15,000 points and 8,000 assists in 806 career games, faster than all but Magic Johnson (765) and Oscar Robertson (784) in NBA history. "In today’s world, so much is talked about that what he’s doing gets lost,” Los Angeles coach Doc Rivers told reporters of Paul. "He’s one of the greatest to ever play the game. I don’t even think people appreciate it a lot, but he is. You recognize that. I did from afar, when I was in Boston, and then coaching him, you realize just how clever and smart he is." Paul committed just four turnovers to go with his 30 assists in the last two games.

BUZZER BEATERS

1. Clippers G Austin Rivers (illness) sat out Sunday and is day-to-day.

2. Magic PF Aaron Gordon had a string of four straight games scoring in double figures come to an end when he managed two points on 0-of-5 shooting Sunday.

3. Paul recorded 16 points and 10 assists in Los Angeles' 113-108 win at Orlando on Dec. 14.

PREDICTION: Clippers 103, Magic 91

Parley forecast WEDNESDAY, 11/01/2017

Washington At Boston

The Washington Wizards are above .500 for the first time this season and strive to remain there when they visit the Boston Celtics on Wednesday. Standout point guard John Wall drained the tiebreaking jumper with five seconds left on Tuesday to give Washington a 101-99 home victory over Chicago.

Wall recorded 26 points and 14 assists for his 10th double-double in 14 games as the Wizards won their third consecutive contest to move above .500 for the first time since Nov. 24, 2015. Wall has fueled the team's recent strong play and is averaging 12.3 assists over his last eight games, with the Wizards compiling a 6-2 record during the stretch. Boston, which resides in third place in the Eastern Conference, had its four-game winning streak halted as it dropped a 114-106 decision to second-place Toronto on Tuesday. The Celtics owned a nine-point lead in the fourth quarter before collapsing as the Raptors concluded the game on a decisive 23-6 run.

TV: 8 p.m. ET, CSN Mid-Atlantic (Washington), CSN New England (Boston)

ABOUT THE WIZARDS (19-18): Moving above the break-even point was a big deal for Washington, which got off to a dreadful 7-13 start under new coach Scott Brooks before winning 12 of its last 17 games. "It was a real big win to be over .500," forward Markieff Morris, acquired from Phoenix last February, told reporters. "We haven't been over .500 since I got here actually, so it just feels good." Shooting guard Bradley Beal scored 19 points to end a streak of four consecutive 20-point efforts and is averaging 23.8 during that span.

ABOUT THE CELTICS (23-15): Boston hasn't beaten a team with a better record yet this season as it came up empty in an attempt against the Raptors. Coach Brad Stevens repeatedly cautions against the Celtics feeling like they have arrived, and the squad got another reminder with poor finishes to both the third and fourth quarters. "My biggest thing is, we have to get a lot better," Stevens said afterward. "I've said that before we met for this game and I probably saw more encouraging signs of progress than I saw negative. But at the end of the day, they had their way in the last six minutes of each of the last two quarters."

BUZZER BEATERS

1. SF Otto Porter Jr. scored a career-high 34 points and collected 14 rebounds as the Wizards routed the Celtics 118-93 on Nov. 9.

2. Boston SG Avery Bradley (Achilles) could return after a two-game absence while C Tyler Zeller (sinus infection) is expected to sit out his sixth straight contest.

3. Washington C Marcin Gortat has posted eight consecutive double-digit rebounding efforts and is averaging 13.1 boards during the stretch.

PREDICTION: Celtics 113, Wizards 108

Parley forecast WEDNESDAY, 11/01/2017

Houston At Minnesota

The Houston Rockets typically have little trouble with Minnesota and look to defeat the host Timberwolves for the ninth consecutive time when the teams meet on Wednesday. Minnesota gave Houston a battle on Dec. 17 before collapsing late in regulation and succumbing 111-109 in overtime to fall for the 12th time in its last 13 meetings with the Rockets.

Minnesota held a nine-point lead with under one minute to play in last month's matchup before the Rockets staged a frantic rally and forward Trevor Ariza hit the tying 3-pointer to force overtime. Houston star James Harden narrowly missed a triple-double with 28 points, 13 assists and nine rebounds while Timberwolves center Karl-Anthony Towns recorded 41 points and 15 boards. Towns was the star on Monday with 34 points and 11 rebounds as Minnesota halted its four-game losing streak with a 101-92 victory over Dallas. Houston rolls into town with a nine-game winning streak after Harden's latest sensational effort resulted in a 121-114 home win over Charlotte on Tuesday.

TV: 8 p.m. ET, ROOT (Houston), FSN North (Minnesota)

ABOUT THE ROCKETS (31-9): Harden racked up 40 points, 15 rebounds and 10 assists in the victory over Charlotte for his second straight triple-double and 11th of the season. Harden recorded 40 points, 11 assists and 10 boards in Sunday's win over Toronto, so the big showing against the Hornets made him just the fourth player in NBA history with at least 40 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists in back-to-back games. Backup shooting guard Eric Gordon, who ranks second in the NBA with 145 3-point baskets, missed Tuesday's game with a sprained left big toe and didn't make the trip to Minnesota.

ABOUT THE TIMBERWOLVES (12-26): Point guard Ricky Rubio had a stellar game against the Mavericks with 13 points, a season-best 15 assists and five steals, and then insisted the team isn't out of the Western Conference playoff race despite being 14 games below .500. "We're trying to look high, not low," Rubio told reporters. "We know our record is not what we want it to be, but we're working to get out of this last spot." Minnesota inched ahead of Dallas in the conference standings due to its third win in 10 games.

BUZZER BEATERS

1. Last month's victory was the Rockets' fourth straight in Minnesota.

2. Houston PF Montrezl Harrell is averaging 21 points on 17-of-18 shooting over his last two games.

3. Timberwolves SG Zach LaVine is questionable after departing the contest against Dallas with a hip injury.

PREDICTION: Rockets 121, Timberwolves 111

Parley forecast WEDNESDAY, 11/01/2017

Memphis At Oklahoma City

The Memphis Grizzlies are proving they can play fast or slow on their way to the win column and showed off both styles while taking their last two games. The Grizzlies will try to enforce their own style and earn a third straight win when they visit the Oklahoma City Thunder on Wednesday.

Memphis exploded offensively at Golden State on Friday with a combined 49 points in the fourth quarter and overtime to earn a 128-119 win and slowed things down on Sunday in an 88-79 triumph over the Utah Jazz. "We communicated, and we were very unselfish, defensively," center Marc Gasol told reporters after Sunday's triumph. "We did a great job moving and using and sacrificing our bodies in multiple efforts, multiple times. That is what it is going to take for us to win." The Thunder are winners of back-to-back games as well and have the most electrifying player in the NBA, Russell Westbrook, playing at the top of his game. “My hand is always on the game," Westbrook told reporters after handing out 14 assists in a 109-94 win at Chicago on Monday. "I just pick my spots and see what’s open and what’s not,” Westbrook explained. “They were collapsing so I was just trying to make some passes."

TV: 8 p.m. ET, ESPN

ABOUT THE GRIZZLIES (24-16): Veteran power forward Zach Randolph is playing well off the bench but is making the case to coach David Fizdale that he should be sharing the court more with Gasol. "I think teams are happy with the way we're playing, taking pressure off of them honestly," Randolph told ESPN. "Some guys told me that on other teams: 'Shoot, we're happy y'all guys aren't playing together anymore. It gives us a break.' ... It's already been proven. We've done proved enough and showed it." Fizdale is concerned about the team's ability to guard the 3-point line with the two on the floor but relented and played both together down the stretch in the last two games.

ABOUT THE THUNDER (23-16): Oklahoma City splits up its big men as well but is plenty happy with the arrangement, especially after watching starting center Steven Adams and backup Enes Kanter combine for 42 points on 20-of-25 shooting on Monday. “The ball is going through them and they’re almost playing like point guards," Thunder coach Billy Donovan told reporters of the pair. They’re reading the defense, they’re making the extra pass, they’re seeing where the help is coming,” Donovan said. “If they have good post position and it’s one-on-one, they’re making good moves and are making good, strong aggressive plays around the basket." Kanter (13.8) and Adams (12.4) combine for an average of 26.2 points.

BUZZER BEATERS

1. Thunder PG Cameron Payne (foot) averaged 14 minutes off the bench in his first two games of the season but went 0-of-6 from the floor on Monday.

2. Grizzlies PG Mike Conley is averaging 21 points and 11 assists in the last three games.

3. Memphis crushed Oklahoma City 114-80 behind a combined 46 points from Randolph and Gasol on Dec. 29.

PREDICTION: Thunder 103, Grizzlies 99

The Minnesota Timberwolves entered the season with plenty of promise, but have yet to live up to expectations. Minnesota has dropped seven of their last ten games and is currently 14 games below .500 overall. Karl-Anthony Towns poured in a game high 34 points and grabbed 11 rebounds. Ricky Rubio chipped in 13 points and a season high 15 assists for the Wolves.

Memphis Grizzlies vs. Oklahoma City Thunder

NBA: 8:00 PM EST

Jan. 11, 2017

Oklahoma City Thunder. Memphis is currently eight games above .500 overall and in sole possession of fifth place in the Western Conference standings. On Sunday, the Grizzlies held visiting Utah to 51 points through the first three quarters of an 88-79 victory. Memphis forced 18 turnovers and limited the Jazz to 39 percent from the field.

Mike Conley scored a team high 19 points and handed out nine assists on the evening. Zach Randolph added 13 points and 11 rebounds in 27 minutes off the Memphis bench.

The Oklahoma City Thunder have won two straight games and appear to be headed as far as Russell Westbrook will carry them. The Thunder are seven games above .500 overall and could leapfrog Memphis for sole possession of fifth place in the West with a win. On Monday night, Oklahoma City pulled away for an easy 109-94 road victory against Chicago. The Thunder shot 57 percent from the field on the night.

Improving C Steven Adams tallied a team high 22 points on 11-for-14 from the floor. Russell Westbrook added 21 points, 14 assists, and nine rebounds for the Thunder.

Recent Betting Trends:

Grizzlies are 13-4 ATS in their last 17 vs. Western Conference.

Thunder are 4-1-1 ATS in their last 6 home games.

Over is 6-0 in Grizzlies last 6 road games.

Under is 4-0 in Thunder last 4 home games vs. a team with a winning road record.

Grizzlies are 0-4 ATS in the last 4 meetings in Oklahoma City.

Free Betting Pick: UNDER 204.5

Memphis rookie F Deyonta Davis is out with a foot injury and hopes to return around the All-Star Break. These two squads rank in the top ten in the league in defensive efficiency. I don’t expect Memphis to try to run with Oklahoma City, so the under is the play. Final Score Prediction, Oklahoma City Thunder win and cover ATS 101-96.

Predictions nba

The New York Knicks are 5 1/2 games in front of the Philadelphia 76ers in the standings, but one would never know it by the soundbites coming out of the respective locker rooms. The struggling Knicks hope to have absent point guard Derrick Rose available when they visit the surging 76ers on Wednesday.

Philadelphia matched its win total from all of last season with its 10th victory on Sunday - a 105-95 triumph in Brooklyn - and has its sights set on making a bigger leap up the Eastern Conference standings. "I think we have a chance (to make the playoffs)," Rookie center Joel Embiid told reporters. "We've been hot lately. We've won three out of four lately, so I look at it, and I think we have a chance, and we're really figuring things out. We're starting to learn how to win games." The Knicks are losers of eight of their last nine games and had no idea where Rose was when he no-showed for Monday's game before learning he had gone to Chicago to be with his mother. Rose was fined for leaving the team without permission but returned to practice on Tuesday and is expected to play on Wednesday.

TV: 7 p.m. ET, MSG (New York), CSN Philadelphia

ABOUT THE KNICKS (17-21): Rose's absence overshadowed some of the other issues in Monday's 110-96 home loss to the New Orleans Pelicans, including star forward Carmelo Anthony getting ejected for the third time this season. Anthony was upset about not getting foul calls and berated the officials, leading to a pair of technical fouls and the ejection. Anthony's frustration is spilling into the stands as well, where the home fans repeatedly booed the team on Monday while watching it allow at least 110 points for the sixth time in the last nine contests.

ABOUT THE 76ERS (10-25): Predictions nba Embiid scored 20 or more points in six straight games without logging even 30 minutes in any of those six contests and is the undisputed No. 1 option at center, but the team is still working out the rotation behind him. Jahlil Okafor did not play in either of the last two games while Nerlens Noel logged the minutes as Embiid's backup. "I think that we’re starting to get a little bit of a rotation, a rhythm to what we’re doing," Philadelphia coach Brett Brown told reporters. "You hear us talk all the time of that balance of giving people minutes, and growing people, and looking at things, versus trying to give your team the best chance of winning. Sometimes, they are mutually exclusive. There’s no book that tells you how to figure that out."

BUZZER BEATERS

1. 76ers PF Ersan Ilyasova is 5-of-21 from 3-point range in the last two games.

2. Knicks rookie SG Ron Baker played a season-high 25 minutes on Monday and collected six points, seven rebounds and four assists.

3. New York took the last five in the series, including both trips to Philadelphia last season.
